    those maint fees are crazy
Crazy, but not uncommon for newer construction waterfront buildings. I've sold some with $1500-$3000/month in fees, the amenities are overwhelming in some of them. The problem is that with so many short sales & foreclosures, these buildings are raising the maintenance fees with no warning or slapping everyone with an assessment.

100% agree..just saying as a Vaca condo those are some high fees to be incurring without even using the place all the time

Maybe when the next version of Cocaine Cowboys comes out in 2010 it will help Miami recover.
You know that guy LAbull on L4P, that's me, Brendan. Warning: If I typed it and it seems a bit off, it's probably SARCASM.

That would make no sense. Perhaps you are not aware of the history of the great empire which was Miami-blanca

    Also why I said...

Cocaine will come back bigger then the 80's and revive Miami any day now......

Speaking of S Florida, how much do you guys know of the Cape Coral area. Now I know that the area has been hit by unemployment and what not, but seems like a lot of really great deals! I hear the SE and SW parts of Cape Coral are the desireable arears?? Also, what do u guys think of just buying up some lots in that area??
