Thread: What do you think?

Me and my family have this house and were thinking about
renting it out since we dont spend that much time in it. It is 3km from a town called Kazimierz Dolny. All the rich polish people hang out there. What do you think Will people be interested?

I assume you mean short-term/vacation rental. It all depends on what activities the town has to offer. You could rent-out a shack in some towns and it would be booked up because people come for the environment and the activities of the place.

this is 130 km from Warsaw which is the capital. You have 20 km away Naleczow which is know for its parks and Spa. You have a castle in Kazimierz, you have a castle 6 km away which is on the other side of the river. There are many festivals like music festival and a Movie festival in Kazimierz. Just name it.
