Ain't that the truth. My friend took real estate classes from some guy who was suppose to make you rich and successful in 90 days. My friend didn't even pass the real estate test when it was time, and the guy didn't even show up for the seminar he was having after everyone paid 600 to take the classes...the guy booked and was never seen again. I did an internship with century 21 while I was in high school, it was good experience, but I wouldn't had paid thousands to learn what I did. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
