You know how the guys who write those books get rich? By selling you books, lol.

Fact is, if the people who attend these classes put half the time, effort and even money in to going out and DOING rather than trying to find the short cuts, they'd already be successful. If he was REALLY that successful at real estate, would he be wasting his time teaching a class? I've got clients who are fortune 100 CEOs and could teach all of us a thing or two. They'd never waste their time to teach a class for money though. Their time is much better spent DOING what they do.

I guess it goes back to the old saying, "Those who can't do, teach".

That is so true. Everybody that comes up in late night TV wants to make money off the people that fall for their scams anyway. If you want to get educated, either go to college and learn the basics (because that's what you'll learn, if anything) or just go out and do. I want to teach at some point, but that's more of a sense of fulfillment rather than for profit. Besides, why would someone that is really successful want to show exactly how they got there?

It's not going to work for everyone, and that damn fine print is everywhere..."Results may vary." Successful people work their asses off and refine their techniques, not use shortcuts.

I've been taking his course and it's not about selling books and tapes. He really gets involved with people personally by working with us with head trash, doing 3 way conference calls to close deals and much more. How can it get better than that? Yes most stuff out there are scams - but be careful saying someone is a scam without doing your research first. so what if you haven't heard of someone- you can't know everyone. The difference between him and everything else out there is he gets involved personally (only allows 12 people in each course) and teaches to get your thinking right first. He teaches without getting rid of your head trash you can't win at anything, not just real estate - it's more than a real estate course - it's a success course... He is the real Deal!

oh - and about the collage thing.... I'd rather learn from a Bill Gates than a teacher who just teaches. Bill Gates couldn't afford to teach at a collage. In fact he dropped out of collage as most wealthy people do.

Ohh, Tim, you sweet little thing. Perhaps your 42 inch chest and 30 inch waist should invest in a PR agent, becuase this post alone transformed you from a self-absorbed douche into a good ol' idiot.

If he's so successful, then why is he out there selling seminars to people at a couple grand a pop? Cisco is fanatically successful. But you don't see them out there holding seminars on how to build routers and picking up the 3AM infomercial spot peddling a books, a "system" or some secret system. There's nothing about the real estate business he's going to teach you that you can't or won't learn through normal channels of education.

He teaches never get rid of your trailer trash mentality, you wont win at anything, and to keep charging his course fees on your credit cards so he can buy more real estate - yes, it's more than a real estate course - it's a how to suck at life course... He is a real scam artist!
