    Default Been busy with Rehabs, Before and after anyone?

    Heres a place I posted a while back. We gutted it and redid everything.
    Just closed on Friday. New owner loves it. Took us about two months. Me and my Father plus one extra guy did all the work accept the landscaping. Took out the brick wall in the middle of the room and it opened everything right up. I learned how to do a tile backsplash and lay tile floor. We are on to our 6th house now Ill post more pics of another we just finished.

    Heres the next house we are about to start, Same rough condition as the one posted. Its right across the street from one we just finished. Not sure what to do with all the black tile. New cupboards, flooring, Dark granite with black accents, Black toilet I think? I am open to suggestions.
    This place has a nice pool too. Ill take some more before pics.

    thread title made me think of this



    Heidi and I try to do one or two per year. Heidi likes the newer more modern homes. I think the money is in older homes like you are doing, but they do require more work.

    On that first one, is that the house you were bragging about how cheap you got it? If so can I ask what kind of return you got on it?
