One of my agents is listing a recently retrofitted gas station. All new tanks, station is as new.

Current owner is willing to carry majority of purchase price to qualified buyer. There is also an assumable loan on the property.

I've always wanted to own my own station. Big lot to the side for meets and such, a small little shop for quick fixes and spare car storage. Could be really fun.

Any idea what annual in-store sales are? And how much gas is he selling?

Sometimes how much gas he is selling doesnt matter that much. Most of that goes to the petrol company anyway. Need to find out what programs are available to the station and what they will transfer to the new owner.

what kind of gas station? is there a current non-compete agreement with a certain brand?

also, not sure if your buddy wants a broker, but my friend specializes in gast station real estate buying/selling.

If you find a buyer that needs financing, let me know. We will finance gas stations which I know is difficult for some these days.

I'll let some of my current owners know about this and see if they are in a position to purchase right now. Is it branded and if so, which brand?

Do you have the numbers projecting traffic through the station? IE sales of gas and in-store purchases?
