Leads on Properties in FL
Guys,
I have a few " leads " on a few Residential and Commercial Properties in FL. (Traymore Hotel, Treasure Islands, Congress Corp Center in Boca Raton, and Bonton Beach). These properties are not in my target area nor price range, so I thought I would pass the packages I've received on to members here. Although, my post count doesn't reflect it, I've been a member in this forum for awhile, communicated with many, and would like to contribute to the community here in any way I can.
If interested please shoot me a PM or email to youngwaah@gmail.com and I will forward what I have to you. I will answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability Thanks!
Waah

Bella Collina in Montverde Florida (Outskirts of Orlando, 25 mins from Disney, Universal, etc.)
One of the finest luxury communities I've personally ever seen, authentic Tuscan themed throughout. No expense spared. Great golf course, award winning $40M clubhouse, 2 lakes, fantastic elevations found nowhere else in florida, etc....also some ridiculous deals here to be found, some amazing homes selling at cost or less, house lots selling for 1/10th what there were at the height of the market, etc...this community was harder hit than most because although its built to fantastic standards it was bought almost exclusively by speculators as opposed to investors/residents who intended to utilize the properties. I've bought several properties in here and will sit on them until the community recovers and eventually becomes one of the best, if not the best, private communities in Florida perhaps the entire US.
If anyone wants more info I can put you in touch with the right people.

That's only in a particular section, actor/comedian Chris Tucker (Rush Hour, etc.) lives there. A lot of the house lots are more than 1 acre each and have plenty of space.
This summer I bought a 1.6 acre lot for $130K, it originally sold two years before for around $1.4MLast edited by LuxHomes; 01-10-2010 at 05:11 PM.

Still more deals like that to be had. My father in law bought a .5 acre inland lot for $40K. He basically paid for the club membership and got the land for free. Several bank owned and/or desperate sale parcels available. Those lots were still selling for almost $500K in 07'.

^^^LuxHomes......I'm new to the forum and don't really know much about anyone at this point, so I apologize if I seem out of the loop here. Question....do you know how I can find out about some lots similar to this? Or are these your lots that you are selling? I see the screen name LuxHomes, is this your company??
