    Default Florida Communities

I'm contemplating a move back to Florida (grew up there) and am looking at what areas would suit me best. I'm 20, looking an area that has some similar aged people hopefully. I'm thinking my best bet is somewhere around Tampa, but I'm really not sure. My budget is roughly <150k. Any advice?

depends what you are looking for. personally, i like south florida (jupiter/tequesta to miami-dade). it's very diverse and tons of value (especially now).

i am a licensed realtor and general contractor-business person, i'd be more than happy to assist if you should need guidance on the east coast of florida.

my websites are J.P. DiMISA, Real Estate Matters, LLC of South Florida. & New Century Companies, Commercial & Residential Builders, Property Management, Delray Beach
    Paradise 'ain't cheap.

Give it time, make it look like you're not to interested in any offers so that they price more competitively.

We just moved down to the Miami area also, and it's pretty awesome. Come on down, we need more friends our age here.

I'm in the Ft Lauderdale area and love it here tons of stuff always going on and great weather year round...use to rent a great new construction townhouse in Boca that was centrally located and in a great little neighborhood and think they may be selling now for right around $150k. J.P.'s the man to ask if you're considering coming down to SoFla
