    Default Coming to LA!!!!

    Hey guys, Im going to be in LA in the next month or so for about a week. I'm coming to see some land and the ritz residences at l.a. live.
    Does anybody know the residences at the ritz? is it nice?worth it?
    Im also looking at land in some nice comunities, anybody have any suggestions anywhere form calabasas down to newport.

    and most of all where do i go to have some fun, and hotel. and who wants to meet up.

    So far I have stayed at the 4 season on wilshire and mondrian. any other suggestions?

    Roosevelt or SLS hands down for Hotel. When you find out dates you are coming let us know so we can all get together. Ritz is nice but I was not overly impressed. I am sure others will say differently. Bevery Hills has a lot of beautiful Condos.

    Residences at the Ritz are nice...but I would get a condo in the Wilshire corridor, Playa Vista, Santa Monica or Manhattan beach if I was looking in LA. There are also some nice pockets in Pasadena. My friend has his condo for sale on the PCH strand about 1 mi north of the Santa Monica pier. Let me know if you need help in your search.

    Ok I see. Yeah if you need or would like to be near LA Live and Staples then the Ritz is the place to be.

    Stare at the building all day from my office, was nice to watch it go up over the past year. Haven't been inside it just yet, when they plan on having the interior ready there?
