Specs are 4 bedroom 5 bathroom, Media Room, 2 and 1 car garage's He also has a place in Canada and one in Cashiers NC. Came from nothing, One little barber shop that we lived above to 400 stores across the USA and Canada.
He is rehabbing 4 investment properties as we speak and does most of the carpentry , Tile work, Drywall etc himself. Works full days after being retired for the last 10+ years he started getting bored. Ran a company for 25 years but now he's bored lol, Never sits still just like me. He turns 60 this Sept.
