iPad controlled room?

We are fixing to start building a house and I've always wanted an iPad controlled room. The iPad would control the fan, temperature, lighting etc. If anyone is familiar to such a thing, or uses it?

You have to have a control system that would control all the devices. The ipad is just your interface. If you have more questions on different products id be glad to help just PM me

If you are just looking to control your environmentals like fan, lighting, and temp then lutron would work best for you.

Really depends how much control you want. Speak with Patrick. You can range from a few hundred to hundreds of thousands on automation.

Savant is deff a great control system if you are going to be taking advantage of everything. We are starting a job in Texas next week near Austin but its a crestron system. If you want to get down to details on everything your looking to do with a range of a budget I can guide u more
