    Cool Realtor's Car Too Flashy??

If your Real Estate Agent pulled up in a Rolls Royce or Ferrari would that be a pro or a con to you? What would that make you think? Any Agents here with exotics??

No I would feel as if the agent was more professional in my opinion, I love being surrounded with luxury.

A 430 isn't fitting. Realtors should be driving phantoms, spurs, s63's, panameras, rapide's and maby an m5. Who on earth would want to ride around in a 430 or gallardo (espically a drop top) looking at realestate.

Personally if my realtor showed up in a Rolls Royce to show me a house I'd think he must be really good at his job to be successful enough to pay for that. On the other hand someone might think that they're gonna end up paying more than they should just so the guy can afford to pay for stuff like the Rolls. Opinions can go either way, you can't please everyone. Love the Ferrari btw

It wouldn't matter to me what they drove or whether they rolled up in a Rolls Royce or something of the type, but what if my wife or girlfriend wants to come along.......no two seater is going to make that happen. Therefore the vehicle needs to fit the job in my opinion.

screams douche bag if you ask me.... clients want to know that you have to work for you money. if you pull up in a ferrari to sell a house most people aren't going to take you to seriously as they will feel you don't care if you get the sale or not since you're rich anyway. not saying it's right, but it's what many people think. at the same time, if I was looking to sell my house I wouldn't list it with an agent that doesn't appear to have need to sell my house. I'd want someone who looks like they need to sell my house to earn a living, someone who looks like they will have to hustle a little and try.

It's really a 50/50 split and can depend on what area of real estate you are in. A lot of potential clients have the mind frame of "A car shows the agents level of success". I know plenty of agents that can't write a contract if their life depended on it, but are wealthy and have a nice car; no thanks to their real estate career.

    - Asset managers for banks; they never meet with clients, so they can drive any car they want.
    - Listing agent; if you are in high end sales a nicer car (in South Florida) is almost a must. Image is everything down here.
    - Buyers agent; should have something 4 doors, however personally I have not driven around a client in over 2 years, they typically meet me at the property.
