Thread: Interested In Renting Me Your House In Palm Beach or Broward County Florida?

I just moved down here a month ago to start a few new businesses and the place I'm at now is no longer satisfactory for my needs. I know theres deals right now but i'm not looking to buy a house untill I launch the 3rd business by the end of the yr and i'd be looking at radically different priced homes then vs now while I fund these ventures. I'm looking for something 6mo-1yr i'm extremely flexible and have almost no belongings other than my cars and computer. Not a partier or drug user, etc...


I'm looking for....
-Private family homes ONLY
-Safe neighboorhood I can leave my cars outside and NOT worry
-Furnished or unfurnished
-2000+sq ft
-Private pool
-2 car garage minimum
-Around $2k a month
-I'm borderline OCD about cleanliness so house must be clean.
-Anything from Delray Beach to FT Lauderdale area
