My grandparents live on Hillholm road (used to live on forest hill) and are also in real estate lol
Great neighborhood and even though the houses look "cramped" (lot size wise) they really arent

So I wanted to learn about the area to better understand the property. I now understand why the houses are so close. I did a Google Street-view of the house and both it and the house next to it seem to have been torn down and new houses put up. Also the house on the left has quite a collection of cars it appears. Do love the garage too, sneaky builder

I believe the home on the right belongs to one of the Eaton brothers and next to them is one of our advisers. Great place.
