House is completed on the exterior, just minor interior details to go. Can't really tell but the Iron Doors got installed last week as well as landscaping. This is the builders "included" landscaping. It's gonna get gutted the week after we move in. Lots more rock, bigger plants, some yard levels/layers to add more depth. It's a small lot b/c land in this area is prime but it is what it is. No neighbors in the front, no neighbors in the rear.

We didn't like the way the original granite came in so it got yanked out and this got installed. Delicatus is the name and it's gorgeous in person

The small details is what make a house "nice" b/c at the end of the day it's all sheetrock and sticks. This is the hardware selection. This with the oil rubbed hinges and solid doors makes it feel a lot richer without spending a lot of cash.

Beams in the study got stained

Front Stair case all stained up too. Its a dark rich java. Pic makes it look blacker than it really is.

Absolutely beautiful and at a killer price. Are you completely satisfied with the build? What tips or pieces of advice would you give out to potential custom home owners/builders?

What was the final price tag after all the customizations?

Coming together very nice I see. Looking forward to seeing pics of the finished interior as well.

Closing is set for Friday. I'll do some cool wide angle shots before we move in.

Price of the house...well that's no secret its a production home but by the time you throw on a water-lot premium, and about 30% more in upgrades let's just say it went north of what I wanted to pay lol
