Broker/Owner from Cape Cod MA. Barnstable, Plymouth, and Dukes counties. 41 full time agents, we sell everything from $100,000 short sales to multi-million dollar homes. Many people do not realize how inexpensive a second home on Cape Cod can be. Example, today we closed on a nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story within 1 mile of the ocean/beach for $225,000.
True ocean front, sandy beach start under $500k. With 3.5% interest rates one could own a beach front Cape home for around 2k per month, seasonal rental market is booming too.
