    I would personally redo the interior of the house, I like the big pane windows, and as previously stated the garage needs more space!

    I was thinking the same thing! The weeds are horrible looking for a house thats going for $27 Million!!

    According to my amateur real estate evaluation skills, 26,000,000 for the location, 700,000 for the waterfront, and the rest for the house.
