    Default The Stone Mansion $56,000,000

The Stone Mansion in Alpine, New Jersey. All yours for a cool 56 Million.

Located just 8 miles from New York City, the Stone Mansion in Alpine, New Jersey, priced at $56,000,000, is one of the most extraordinary new properties to come to the luxury real estate market. Built on the historic property of the former Henry Clay Frick II Estate, the Stone Mansion is also adjacent to the notable Alpine Country Club. The property offers the best of all worlds, with its proximity to Manhattan and to one of the best fairways in the Northeast, as well as it carries the pedigree of the former Henry Frick II Estate. Recently deemed as an “American Masterpiece” by bestselling author Michael Gross, the Stone Mansion is truly a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that would be a wonderful year-round residence or weekend estate.

“I wanted to build a home that was unlike any other mansion of this size, but was still livable,” says owner and builder Richard J. Kurtz. ”The Stone Mansion is just that. It’s substantial in size and amenities, but it isn’t overwhelming. It’s an extremely comfortable home in a very inviting and warm environment.”

Rarely has an estate of this grandeur been available in Alpine, New Jersey, the nation’s wealthiest zip code (Forbes, October 2011). The Stone Mansion is located within the only double-gated residence in Alpine. The 30,000 square foot mansion is situated on 6 majestic acres and surrounded by a stone perimeter wall for ultimate privacy. The home is controlled and visualized remotely anywhere in the world through 29 cameras with the touch of a smart phone through the advanced Creston Smart Home technology.

With 42 rooms, this estate includes 12 bedroom suites, 19 bathrooms, 7 fireplaces, and grand scale formal reception rooms, including a ball room adorned by antique chandeliers. Forbes selected the Stone Mansion’s custom-designed kitchen by Christopher Peacock as among “America’s Most Decadent Kitchens.” Some of the state of the art amenities include a movie theatre, indoor basketball court, 4,000 bottle wine cellar with tasting room and fingerprint technology access, spa and fitness center, a tennis court, 65-foor outdoor salt water pool with jacuzzi and pool house equipped with change rooms, outdoor and indoor kitchen, outdoor TV and fireplace. Designed for “timeless elegance” (James Paragano, architect) the recent completion of the Stone Mansion achieves a new standard for excellence in luxury estate living.

That Foyer is horrible. One side step to upstairs, are u serious. I've seen million dollar homes, with a more gorgeous foyer as you open the main door of the house.

This is is how a proper Foyer is:
