I live like 10 minutes from this property and my friend lives just down the block, its driveway is HUGE and the house itself looks absolutely amazing. I've seen a few nice cars in and out of there before, but theres a security guard and a gate that conceals most of the house itself.

Property value is actually HIGH here too, so that gives you an idea of just how high it is in Jersey. (DanMar sits on less than 6 acres like Stone, but its very close).

    Nice^^

How much would the upkeep be on a house like this?

I'm going to guess someone who can afford a 56,000,000 house will also be able to afford 5 houses in 5 countries...

I'd rather have 56 million worth of cars than a 56 million dollar house imo. I've been in a 25 million dollar home before a few times and there isn't really that much to actually DO in them. Sure they have lots of bedrooms, big living rooms and such, but unless you like to entertain or just show off your money there is no point.

If I had that house, I'd rip out 2/3rds of it and put my cars in there. Can I get +1 ?!!

Oh I'd +1 that for sure. I agree $56M, to me, is $54M more than a house should top out at - but $54M worth of cars? Yes, please. All day long.
