When you have as much money as these guys do, things like Buggattis dont mean anything, unless they're just car freaks. For "average" people (Im talking people with a smaller net worth in the 10s of millions and not famous), they prefer to be flashier because they dont have to worry about people chasing them down.
But to say they dont spend is a little silly. Buffet's got several houses throughout the world, a couple of large yachts, etc....I guess compared to their net worth they dont really spend anything, but just a small fraction of the money they do spend would change the life of almost every person here._____________________________

Wait what?
"When asked why he doesn't own a yacht, he responded, "Most toys are just a pain in the neck." I'm pretty sure he doesn't own multiple, if any, large yachts.

Fact Check Time
Warren Buffet as of 2006 no longer drives a Lincoln Town Car, he owns a Cadillac DTS
His house cost him $31,500 which he bought way back in 1958
Warren Buffet does NOT have large yachts or even a jet
He uses NetJets, which his company owns, he uses it typically for company use and bills it to the company, when he uses NetJets for personal use, he pays for it out of his own money. He rarely uses a body guard, because he doesn't like the feeling. He only has one if its a large meeting at which point Berkshire Hathaway's shareholders/board members usually requires him to have one because he is an asset to the company.
Zuckerberg has a new house, he no longer lives in the one previously mentioned
It has a reported value of $7 million, but he rents it

Bill Gates attempts to give his children and their friends the average kids life, driving them to and from school and sports in a minivan, he tries to be a family man, and the family often play board games and other regular activities. He only plans on giving his kids around $10 million each and he wants to ensure they always have health care and safety. I say "tries", because being worth a billion dollars does not make anything easy and at they end of the day he has a lot of responsibility and raising a family and being the head of one of the largest foundations is extremely difficult. Oh he does have a Global Express Private Jet like Oprah that allows him to reach just about any location on earth. Lastly he has a passion for Porsche's and treasures his first Porsche he bought back when Microsoft was starting up.

The Google guys also drive a Prius. They're worth like $15bn each. It's pretty ironic, but it seems like half of rich tech people don't care about flashy things. It's opposite of the Wall Street guys.

Ok this thread went way off topic..
To the OP, why don't you get an address to a place next door (or thereabout) and then Google earth it and then follow up on your thread.
Or maybe someone might take this thread as another Joke thread, trolling members here like that QVC watch thread by Batman
