I just have 1 question...is it just me or is that toilet a bit too close to the shower divider?

What happens at 7 am when all the bankers who live there get up and try to go to work? You have 239 spaces, probably over 100 of which want to be out between 7 and 8 am, which means 36 seconds per car to grab it and get the person in it and gone.

Cool condo, but that parking is going to be a mess come weekday mornings.

Systems are common on a grander scale in Tokyo. Numerous times i've been forced to park blocks away and walk because of the long lines waiting to get in/out even with 6 bays.
