    sure is unique, but i dont think i'd ever want a home thats mainly underground when i'm right on a lake, i'd be missing the view the whole time. underground is fine when you're on a slope.

    Wow what a neat property. I have to say for overall out of the box thinking and trying to keep it above ground simple with a resort feel to it that this property is very impressive.

    The price is VERY reasonable as well. Still to large for me and my tastes but again very impressive property

    Actually he use to fly the helicopter in and out for dinner! but ya just goes to show you millions sometimes doesnt change peoples spending habits.
