Interior and backyard look gorgeous... Front of the house needs some work. But for that price you cant go wrong... Although It will probably end up selling for close to the $1mill mark.
It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

Looks great and all... but what about the property taxes? Wouldn't they be somewhere in the range of $15-20k a year? Basically the equivalent of paying $650k for something in WA where the property tax is 1%. Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

Generally its around 3%. So if the tax value of this home is 300k the taxes would be about 9k/yr. But no state income tax in Texas

House will end up nowhere near the mil mark. That is right on the money for where it is. As MJ says property taxes Might get to 10K but that is a big maybe.

I am sure if you came over on Holiday and bought the house you wouldn't have any problem finding a bride!
