Visited the 'open house' day as it came up for sale several months ago and thought I would check it out as I had some free time that weekend. Its actually located just down the street from me.

Yes, thats right 3M AUD. The original owners were desperate to sell as they'd just bought a multi million dollar penthouse on the Gold Coast.

There's a helicopter pad at the back as well. Pool house was amazing with massage rooms either side.

Man they practically gave it away... I hope their new penthouse was inside either the Q1 or the new Soul :P
