    I would have bought it for $3m and sell for way more, if other houses in your area are worth 4x that.

    Can confirm they bought into Q1.

    On a side note, apparently there's a lot of uproar with Q1 with bad workmanship and maintenance issues.

    Location is on the northside of Brisbane. My parents had their house (located 1km down along the road from this one) up for 1.2M and couldn't sell. Housing market in Australia is somewhat dead at the moment.

    Really nice property but I feel like you could get more for your money in Europe.
