I would have bought it for $3m and sell for way more, if other houses in your area are worth 4x that.

Location is on the northside of Brisbane. My parents had their house (located 1km down along the road from this one) up for 1.2M and couldn't sell. Housing market in Australia is somewhat dead at the moment. Originally Posted by TurboBaron9
