Default $4.5 mil Malibu Home Auctioning off at $1mil

Was browsing through DuPont Registry for properties and came across this home in Malibu that will be auctioned off, with a starting bid of $1 million.

It's not a beach front property, but heck you are just down the street from the beach!

Not my style of home but if I could get it for sub 2 or just at 2 I bet an easy 50% could be made with the right realtor.
