I got it under contract.....YEAH!
So, Heidi and I have decided to move in together. Her house will close next week. The school district I live in sucks, so it makes sense. We have been watching this one house for a while. Beautiful brick house, 5 bedrooms, garage that can accommodate 6 cars, gorgeous pool and much more. Problem was that it was out of my price range. So, the list price had dropped more than a 100k. I called the owner and said
"I want your house. Can we meet to discuss? I don't want any realtor messing this up. Not trying to cut anyone out, I just want to see if you and I can strike a deal man to man."
Met up with the guy at the house last week and we agreed on a deal. I am a builder and could not replicate this house for the price I am buying it for.
Hope the economy stays up or I will need to move in with one of you
