i love this house. I'm contemplating going to have a look at it. Seems so far off though, removed from everything. I can definitely see some Amityville horror type situation happening there. A beautiful bargain so far though.

Just looking at that house, I can already tell I'd lose my mind if I lived in it. Doors would slam shut by themselves, screams from the other side of the house. It just looks.....haunted.

I love looking at nice beautiful homes, but...who needs all that space??
I guess I'm more into acreage. Having lived in Colorado, if I was going to plop down multiple millions for property, it would be a nice, custom-built log or timber-frame home of about 4000 sq ft, but on hundreds of acres.
It's hard for me to imagine what do people actually do with 10k, 20k...50k of square footage? Hell, you can only be in one room at a time, LOL.
I love the way some of these huge estate homes look, but I just couldn't imagine what I'd need with all that room. Can't drive cars in it, can't ride horses in it, can't shoot guns in it (well...maybe you could, I'm sure some of these have indoor shooting ranges).
