Default Vienna Way - Venice, California

The Vienna Way is a project by Marmol Radziner, a full service architectural firm that provides a range of services including architectural design, interior design, landscape design, furniture design, jewelry design and prefab. The Vienna Way is a project designed for a family and is located in Venice, California. The house has huge glass windows from floor to ceiling that seamlessly integrate the home with the outdoor California native landscape. Two main volumes, anchored close to the boundaries of the property, divide the lot into thirds, bridged by a sunken kitchen in the center.

hate the kitchen; there is nothing more irritating, in my opinion, than a range top on an island or counter like that. It also seems like, from the picture, the bath/shower would be a bitch to get in and out of. I like the open floor plan, but overall, would not purchase the house. I hope the family enjoys their home though!
