Thread: Los Altos Hills Development Project

Anyone down to develop? a friend passed a deal by me looking to develop 4 parcels in the los altos hills area in CA..... approx cost of construction is about 21M including the land.

parcel 1 - 3 acre
parcel 2 - 3 acre
parcel 3 - 5 acre
parcel 4 - 4 acre


estimated profit is about 7-8M after 2-2.5 years. If you dont know... los altos hills is a super hot location and land is rare... house are expensive, but they go quick..
