    Saw this property while browsing a Home&Land Magazine... The address caught my eye since its across the street from my buddies house. Listed at 7.9mil.

    I have to say... I don't think i've ever seen a house that has such unique use of interior architecture and color.

    Based on the first pix I thought it was a cool house but really not feeling it. Agree a lot of colors going......at $7mill the price is more about location.

    I love the house, but unless the owners/sellers are Persian rug sellers, they went a bit overboard! I love Persian rugs and some of these are fine examples, however, a modern home should not have so many in every room!

    I couldnt agree more. Having rugs on top of rugs is just a bit much. I think they are all over the place with the interior. By the way whats up with the stacks of towels in the bathrooms? Put those in the closet.
