    I go down into Portsea regularly on the weekends, great beaches and resturants with top seafood there.

    that small walk out over the ocean is absolutely gorgeous, although there is way to many old school/proper style interior design

    Interior is a little "old style" but the location is superb. I hate that the beach is dotted with the little shacks though.
