    Default REO and Notes for sale

    I have several contacts with mandates at large banks looking to sell foreclosed properties nation wide in $100m pools at deep discounts usually 50% to 65% off of market price. These contacts also have Notes both performing and non-performing in pools of like size. If you know of any large institutional investors please let me know. There is an opportunity to co-broker these deals and make some serious money together.
