    Talking New Purchase!

    Hey everyone,

    I recently had the privilege of purchasing my first income property in the Santa Barbara area. Literally built last year, Tri-Plex. 1) two bedroom 2.5 bath, and 2) 1 bedroom/office, 1.5 baths. I thought i'd invest in something that would keep its value for years to come, instead of my dream car *cough* *cough* PETMAKO *cough* *cough*
    Hope you enjoy the picks, and yes that is my current DD "LilBeast" tucked away in its new garage!

    Thats so awesome, what are your plans with it? renting it out? just holding it? i buy and rent homes in winnipeg, and its a great market here. how is the market there?

    ATM its fully rented, and since this is my first property, I think i'll hold on to it for quite some time
    Santa Barbara's market currently is holding well, it used to be far below avg. out here about 9 months ago, hence why I picked this beauty up.
