Any other L4P members out there that are Real Estate Agents?
I’ve made some good friends on L4P, I had an incredible time last year on the GoldRush Rally, and I can not wait till GoldRush this year…..
…….but I’ve never really used L4P for business. That said, I sell Real Estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m looking to network with other agents in other areas. From time to time I have clients that are looking for referrals in other areas.
So any other agents out there………? Or better yet, anyone who might looking to buy in the San Fran Bay area?

I'm located in South Florida... I've networked with a few members on the forum already.

I'm an agent in Orange County (the Southern California one). Any luck with making new contacts here on L4P? If I have any clients moving up towards the Bay Area, I'll keep you in mind.

^ My opinion in a nut shell:
Listen to your clients needs and goals, be knowledgeable in the area you are servicing and last but not least be honest.
There are so many dishonest and incompetent people in this business it is truly amazing to see these people work.
Of course there are many more details and things which can make you stand out from the rest but this is a start, lol.

Be a pro and treat people how you expect to be treated..... There are some really good agents out there, but more are idiots…..Real Estate is a “catch all” for people, meaning that its easy for anyone to get into it. With that said it’s not easy to be successful in it. A lot of it is common sense…. Like know the inventory of homes, know your clients needs, be a pro…if you want to take it to the lowest level….. I would assume that this is business 101, but most of the times it’s not…RUN YOUR REAL ESTATE business like a business!!!!

Thanks for the advice Michael0001, I'm trying to get my real estate license over the summer hopefully for California. I just think it'd be a good investment even if I don't have the capital to do much.

I don't have all the answers...., but I'm always happy to help out. If you ever need to talk about Real Estate or getting into it you can pm.........I've been selling RE for about a million years.
