I'm looking into getting my license in the next month or two. I figure I may get into real estate or I could even take away some valuable skills from the courses.

Pleasure to meet all of you. I'm a broker/owner in Staten Island, a borough of NYC, at my firm Herman & Co Realtors. We are a 30 minute commute into Manhattan which has made us a popular place to live since many of our residents work in Manahattan. I've subscribed to this thread and will definitely refer business to fellow L4P members!

MY wife and I are Realtors with Century 21 here in Northern Ca. We are based out of Paradise Ca. Just a few minutes into the Mountains outside of Chico Ca. We have many professional Designations including; Real estate brokers license, GRI (graduate of Realtor Institute), SRES (senior Real estate specialist), CDPE (certified distressed property expert), Local real estate trends contributor (local print media), HAFA certified. We do a swift business here in the northeastern corner of California. We typically carry around 40 listings. We did nearly 60 transaction sides last year. I also have a construction background and have managed properties for the last ten years, this gives us a clear advantage when working with investors and contractors. We have both been in the business for nearly ten years. If you know anyone interested in this inexpensive beautiful corner of california I would love to talk with them. We are always willing to do referals with agents in other areas.
Sincerely
Warren Bullock

I am a business broker across the states - I specialize in franchises, hotel/motels and other creative business/investment acquisitions and sales.
If any realtors have any solid business listings coming through feel free to give me a shout (I am happy to pay referrals) - Selling a business is a different world!
We also have a full service NY/NJ/PA Real estate company that I run.
