Downtown Toronto Condo
Ladies and Gents,
A buddy of mine just listed his condo. Its only a 10 min walk to the financial district, close to great bars, highways etc.
If you're looking in Toronto take a peek... and yes, the kitchen needs to be updated, but other than that its pretty solid.

That's a decent location. How much is it going for?? That kitchen definitely needs some fixing up but the rest of the place looks nice. The party room looks cool with that fireplace/ sofa.
