I drove by Villa Del Lago last weekend and see they've made a lot of progress on it. will be interesting to see how much it actually sells for. Will it be John McMonigles home? I don't think it'll go for 85M given the location. The views are a big selling point but here, it gets offset by the abundance of land that would normally be unavailable. Why the hell you would spend that kind of $$$ to have a view of back bay is beyond my comprehension.
I got a chuckle out of the article... "typical Newport Coast track homes" yeah, those pesky $2-8mm track homes. Only in CA.
