    Default A Unique Home in S. FL. with INCREDIBLE WoodWork

    My partner & I listed this home today. The home is still under construction, so I couldn't get many great photos. The owner is a very nice guy who specializes in Fine WoodWorking, and the attention to detail is truly incredible; I was really blown away. The home is 15,000 sf total area 9,500 under air, 3000 sq ft + of balcony/patio space, set on 2 acres of land. Some other features include an 1,800 sq ft. rear upstairs balcony, 8 seat theater room, 441 bottle Wine Room (complete cedar), 4 car garage, 7 bedrooms, 8 1/2 bathrooms, Library, Office, Elevator, etc.

    Here are some photos.. I will have more in the coming days to share once the kitchen is finished and the house is cleaned up.

    The pictures really do it no justice.. I've seen a lot of homes, but this one is a work of art. It's located in Parkland, Fl., Northwest Broward County.

    Originally built it for himself, but had a change of interest during the build. Also, he has multiple properties.

    I'll have some more photos in a few days of the garage,kitchen and upstairs bar
