Country Estate!
Well, at least we considered it an "Estate".
Sold it last year, and the buyer got one HELL of a deal!
17 acres
1/2 acre pond
Custom 3 car garage with full apartment
Approximately 3300 sqft main house with finished basement
Just thought I would share some pictures with everyone and see what you guys think! I can't find any good interior shots yet but figured I would post some pictures of WHY we bought that house.
This was 40 mins outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The pictures posted are after the MAJOR renovation we did to it. (3 car garage wasn't even there!)* A dream is fictional, a goal is possible*

Thanks! It was really an amazing compound, the before pictures are quite disgusting! Just about the time we were done renovating it, we sold it WAY below what it was worth. (Thank you horrible economy!)

Yeah, we were in Morrow. It was a GREAT property, I really miss that garage!!!
It was a little too rural for my liking as it was pretty far away from everything.
