Default Altamira Ranch, Palos Verdes CA

    ASLA 2008 Professional Awards

I don't even want to fathom at what 20 acres of beachfront property in Palos Verdes is worth.

The homes in the PV Estates area sit on 50-70k sq/ft (1 to 1-1/2 acre) lots with 10-15k sq homes and run anywhere from $7-15m so yeah.

From the street all you see is the roof which is the same level as the grass. Damn! Now I have to go take a picture!

That must have been a pain in the ass to get approved for build in PV. Those art juries are such a bitch to deal with.

But an awesome house indeed. From the street you'd never guess it was that many acres.
