I was waiting for this to happen. There is no way in hell I would pay 25M to live in burr ridge..

Id have a tough time spending that to live downtown Chicago, no matter how much money I have

Give me a beach front or ocean view at least for that price tag

They had an open house this weekend in advance of the auction. Also the 6million is just the starting bid and there is a reserve on the property.

The main problem I see with the property (other than price) is it's location right on the intersection of two very busy streets. There are large expensive homes nearby but not in such close proximity to the intersection.

Still, it would make a nice l4p club house. Right RAW/Knick/Ray?

haha so true. and its just himself, his wife and three kids in a 30,000 sq. ft home
