Default Rediculous houses here in VA...unfortunately not great pics lol

These are off of Route 7 in the Sterling area. The one being built is simply MASSIVE. Anybody know who owns/buying these? I think I remember hearing some sultan or something owns the one already completed. Saw a Maserati Quattraporte in the driveway.

Yea its the same way in Preston Hollow. There is like a 15,000 sq ft house being built and every time i pass by there is either a Ferrari F430 spyder or a Rolls Royce Phantom in the driveway.

    N. VA isn't cheap. It's like the Silicon Valley of the East.

A bunch of gas powered italian, german, japanese, and american things with four wheels. On order is a bunch of the same, and previously I had a bunch of the same. Oh and I fly, tool around on boats, and have been known to ride motorcycles.

My guess is 3-5+ Mill depending on what's inside.

I don't see the point in spending so much money to build a huge house like that when it is located right next to a main road and has no privacy or view. You coud easily spend a little bit less on a house and get a much nicer property than that!

I tend to think that people that build big houses like that on Route-7 (or any major road for that matter) aren't the discrete type. I think the location is intentional.
