I have a few construction friends who buy houses like this and flip them
But they go for the ones that are under 20k. They are really bad though. Normally the walls are damaged, all copper is ripped out, and who knows what else.
But, when you do the work yourself, its a lot cheaperJEEP: The dirtiest of the four-letter words
