    whats the typical turnaround time on the sales of your flips?

    Im getting into that out here in LA but our projects are all around $280K +

    I have a few construction friends who buy houses like this and flip them

    But they go for the ones that are under 20k. They are really bad though. Normally the walls are damaged, all copper is ripped out, and who knows what else.

    But, when you do the work yourself, its a lot cheaper
