25 million doller house, Most expensive in Illinois.

This house has been in construction for 4 years in Burr Ridge and just recently made it to the market for sale. Price is 25 million, the most expensive on the market(supposedly) in IL. I thnk i'd build something for a mil and bank the other 24.

To give an idea about burr ridge. Our market here is mostly 600-1.8 mil dollar houses. There are a few in the 2mil and 3 mil range. I think there's 2 homes at 7-8 mil and then we jump all the way to this one. Insane! Crazy amount of stone/marble and detailed woodwork in there.

Man I've seen this thing... not gonna lie, it's REALLY nicely done but overall, it's not practical at all here.. unless you have about 20 maids living in with family coming in all the time.. I don't see the point of a structure designed like that.
