Thread: The Ritz Carlton, Los Angeles

Just wondering if anyone on the boards is getting a unit at the Ritz. Unfortunately, I am still stuck at my townhouse until the housing market turns, but I at least have relatives getting places there. If you've been to downtown LA recently, you would have seen this development. It is sick! My uncle told me that on the day he was called to sign the paperwork, they had invited all the fellow neighbors on the floor, and he got to meet Shaq! Apparently there are a lot of big names that have purchased units in this property. Some people have their doubts about downtown LA, but I see it growing like crazy.
