    are those solar panels? is that normal to see in Arizona? Very cool... Probably the biggest rock ever owned. lol

    id say copenhaver castle on camelback mountain qualifies as well...last i heard it was up for auction ~3-4MM.

    Pretty common. With 300+days of sunshine/year, it certainly makes sense to do it. But the buy-in cost is not insignificant, so it'll take a while to recoup those costs. Plus, they're ugly as sin.

    That house is right on the way up to that well known church in Sedona. I believe it is owned by the guy who invented the LASIK laser.
