    Gotta admit, that's a really nicely developed piece of property. $53M is quite a sum, though.

    ROFL. Anyways, $16xx per square foot is not unheard of... That is quite a beast of a property.

    Although, I think Ted Nugent's 2000+ acres would be cooler to own.

    On further inspection it has a ton of amenities. It might be worth the price, but not something I would ever get.
