    Default Silicon Valley High End SFR's

    I have quite a few off market deals in the area from 10-30 mil approx.
    Just like in 2001 when the market declined, a lot, these people are ready to deal. There are not many buyers as this market segment is directly tied to the stock market in calculating net worth.

    I do feel the will rebound the quickest with the highest value....as soon as the market turns, equity will be earned.

    Will post details as soon as I figure out pics! Any advice there would be terrific!!

    There really are some great deals out there right now.
