Vegas Condo's
Went to Vegas last month and saw the new condo/hotel/casino/shopping thing being built right on the strip, north of Monte Carlo. I believe it's City Center?
Any one have any info on it? I was on a business trip and didn't get a chance to stop by. Good opportunity???

Supposedly if you were born there, during the span of your life you would never have to leave. Pretty insane. I also heard it was a 7 billion dollar project.Last edited by SteelCitySupra; 01-16-2009 at 09:52 PM.

they recently haulted construction on a lot of it. I don't think it is a good time to invest in anything right now!

I heard this was halted as well. Should be nice when completed though.

Well the project was est. @ 7.5 billion when construction started. After 2 years into they were already at 11 billion. Not to sure if it smart to buy just yet. And from what I have heard also is that the project was halted.

This project is still going currently... They are even hiring in this economy. If anyone is looking to do construction work in Vegas, check it out... A few friends from Indiana left 2 months ago and are contracted until Oct. 2009. All construction work in NW Indiana is dead and not looking good so they figured it couldn't hurt...
